CHBCF 2025 Fundraiser
In celebration of 28 years since the founding of the Chapel Hill Breast Cancer Foundation, Tee it up for a cure, returned to Croasdaile Country Club in Durham on Monday, September 22nd. One hundred golfers enjoyed a day with sunshine and a round of golf followed by a reception featuring raffle and tournament winners, a guest speaker and auctions. Due to the generosity of sponsors, donors, volunteers and participants, 100% of the money raised by Tee it up for a cure supports the Chapel Hill Breast Cancer Foundation and its mission to fund early-phase breast cancer research at our local universities. In 2025, the CHBCF raised over $60,000 that will be distributed directly and equally to the breast cancer research centers at Duke University, University of North Carolina and Wake Forest University. As the CHBCF will continue to accept donations until the end of the year, stay tuned for updates to the total annual donation to the local breast cancer research programs. An enormous “THANK YOU” goes out to all who made, “Tee it up for a cure” so successful. We are very fortunate to live in an area that is home to the only three NCI-designated cancer research centers in North Carolina. Because of your generous support our local researchers will be able to bring their studies from the lab to the clinic. Your past donations are making a difference today. Today's donations will make a difference in the future. |
